We’re currently seeking an innovative Field Marketing Director to join our unique team of talented individuals as we continue our history of success.

The Field Marketing Director will be responsible for the marketing and sales of the Division’s products to the US Army, CECOM.  The Director will work to build relationships with key customers in order to identify and capture new business with the DoD and prime customers. Will contribute significantly to the strategic planning process by providing inputs regarding future technology market opportunities and customer needs. Individual will be instrumental in helping to establish and meet AOP bookings targets and for booking several prime and subcontract opportunities ranging between $1-$25+ million.  This individual will plan, implement and contribute to the overall marketing performance by identifying new opportunities, developing existing opportunities and working with capture marketing teams to pursue opportunities and to obtain contract awards. Clear understanding of US Army procurement and contracting processes at CECOM is required.

A qualified candidate will have a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or other technical field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.  Must have at least 6 years related DoD communications and/or signals intelligence experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  This position requires detailed knowledge and experience with DoD requirements and the acquisition process, as well as the marketplace for military communications and/or signals intelligence equipment/systems, particularly within the Army.  Individual should have a robust network of customer contacts and a proven track record of capturing multi-million dollar new business opportunities. Individual should also have knowledge of competitors’ products and market position.  Must be forward thinking with experience successfully shaping business strategy. This position requires exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Experience in a program/product mix environment highly desired. SIGINT or SATCOM experience required.  Position will require that the individual will reside in Fort Monmouth or make trips to CECOM in Fort Monmouth, NJ on a regular basis.

This position requires US citizenship with a current government granted Secret clearance
