Field Marketing Coordinator - Central Valley

Position Summary:
* Working with Regional Sales Managers and Corporate Marketing, define, develop, manage and deliver measure regional marketing plans, programs and key initiatives.
* Deliver flawless execution of field marketing activities and events in support of the region’s revenue objectives.
* Coordinate all regional marketing programs between Corporate Marketing and regional sales team in a targeted metro within the region to achieve revenue and ROI targets.  
* Provide monthly reports tracking revenue growth on each tactic based on the revenue target for those tactics
* Provide regional sales and customer input into Corporate and Product Marketing teams
* Timely management and population of CRM systems in support of activities and events. This includes, but is not limited to, population of NetSuite and post-event upload of contacts/prospects
* Participation on weekly Sales calls
* Weekly update reports to Corporate Marketing and Regional Sales team regarding marketing activities and events
* Serve as key resource/go-to person for marketing-related activities for Field Sales team
* Ensures appropriate staffing of activities and events by Field Sales team
* Provides management of Regional Marketing budget

Our ideal candidate must be comfortable working in fast changing, high-growth environment where resources are optimized around producing measurable results. He/she must have the breadth of experience and interest to work as an individual contributor as well as within a team environment and have a comfort level of working in an atmosphere where priorities are dynamic and resources may be limited.  Some of the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities include:
* BA/BS (preferably in marketing or a related field)
* Understanding of campaign management, target marketing and CRM process
* Broad demand generation experience
* Strong event/activity execution experience
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Solid organizational, time management, and project management skills
* Ability to analyze marketing programs to report on effectiveness of various marketing programs
* Possess good business judgment and integrity in determining the most effective and efficient way to organize and use resources
* Proven ability to quickly and effectively change focus in a rapidly evolving environment
* Computer proficiency including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
* Strong work ethic, high level of energy, flexible, and have a sense of humor
* Must be willing to travel across regional market and be available to participate in events often involving evening and weekend commitments
