Field Manager
Leedo Cabinetry is a national leader in the manufacturing and installation of cabinetry and countertops for residential projects, all across the country. We began 34 years ago and our reputation and client base hasn’t stopped growing. Our Company has an opportunity for take-charge professionals to manage and oversee our multi-family and military housing projects in a field operations management position.
This is a challenging position with full accountability for the success of the project. This success is achieved by performing the following duties:
· Verification of cabinet and countertop selections provided by sales group at the onset of each new project
· Field measuring
· Ordering, verifying and scheduling of deliveries
· Supervising installation crews
· Serving as front line contact for all operational issues once the project has begun
· Creating a relationship with the customer's field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
· Walking and verifying the completion of installations and punch lists
· Processing installation payroll weekly
· Providing weekly feedback on field issues, (i.e. manufacturing defects, parts orders, deliveries, etc.)
· Coordinating and scheduling the arrival and distribution of parts orders
We are looking for a seasoned construction professional. Job requirements are as follows:
· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
· the ability to multi-task
· good communication skills,
· excellent organization skills,
· a strong work ethic
· familiarity with computer technology
· willingness for some travel with overnight stays
