Fidessa, TCL, scripting, Java, VB, Unix, Developer, Programmer, Technical lead, Team Lead, Development manager, finance, investment bank, hedge fund, asset management, trading system, market data, global connectivity, royalblue, tech lead My client, a Major Investment Bank based in New York City, is recruiting for a Fidessa Technical Lead. You will be responsible for the management of a team of 8 developers along with hands-on development of the Fidessa system. You will be doing development 50% of the time and the other 50% is managing the team and working with other teams to ensure that delivery is on time. In order to be considered for this position you MUST have experience of developing Fidessa. With this Fidessa experience comes technical skills such as TCL scripting, Java or VB, Unix. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience developing Fidessa, although we are ideally looking for 5 + years of experience. If you are not currently using Fidessa but have used it previously for 3 - 5 years then you will still be considered for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position so candidates looking for a contracting role need not apply.
