MARKETING AND CLIENT MAINTENANCE - Actively pursue and develop the firms construction management contracts for Federal Agencies , by maintaining contacts with current clients as well as identifying and securing new prospective clients and contracts; Investigates and evaluates new project/program opportunities for the division and recommends go/no-go action to senior management for further consideration and approval. - Reviews proposals and selects interview teams; reviews and recommends project/program marketing budgets subject to approval by senior management. Manage and maintain relationships and ensure clients are satisfied with PBS&J services on all Federal CM projects.

 STAFF ADMINISTRATION  - Assists group managers and program managers in identifying staffing needs based on future workload and manpower projections. Reviews group manager and program manager recommendations to recruit, hire, transfer or terminate group and program staff; approves/disapproves or endorses recommendations and presents to senior management for approval as required by established authorization guidelines.

CONTRACTS AND FINANCIALS  - Monitors division's budget performance, marketing efforts, and quality control of groups and programs to ensure client satisfaction, continued production backlog, and profitability.  Conducts contract negotiations with clients and sub-consultants. - Develops and recommends division budgets for approval by senior management. Reviews and makes decisions on proposed project/program and group budgets

Minimum BS in Engineering or Construction Management

15 + Years of construction management experience

10 + years experience construction management for Federal Agencies

P.E. preferred

CCM or other certification preferred

Must be familiar with software utilized for Federal Construction Management

Must be familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

Successful cadidate will have a proven background acquiring Federal construction business.
