We are currently looking for a Fast Track Manager for the Southern California territory. The ideal candidate for our Sales Management Development program will have: - 2-3 years of outside sales experience - 1-2 years of sales management experience - A four year college degree - Computer proficiency with Windows and Office Attributes - Excellent communication skills in written, oral and presentation forms - Excellent organizational and time management skills - The ability to work with a variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds - A team player mentality with a positive attitude - Willing to travel Our training program will last between 6 -12 months. During this time, you will learn The Malys Way of selling and supporting our salon clientele, our products and our systems.
