Bristol Community College seeks candidates for the following positions:
DEPARTMENT CHAIR
NURSING PROGRAM
Responsible for the organization, implementation, review, continued development, and general
effectiveness of the Nursing Program to assure attainment of standards set by NLNAC and Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing for program accreditation.
Qualifications: Current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Master’s degree in
Nursing (MSN) or an earned entry-level doctorate in nursing; minimum of five years full-time
nursing experience.
FACULTY OF NURSING
(Medical/Surgical Nursing)
Team-teach a four-hour lecture and supervise a clinical group 12-15 hours per week; perform all
functions related to clinical assignments.
Qualifications: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN); current Massachusetts licensure
(R.N.); minimum of two years clinical experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.
Salary: Minimum $48,000; maximum commensurate with qualifications and experience and consistent with the MCCC Collective Bargaining Agreement.
