Job Description:

This position provides comprehensive property management services for multiple owned and leased facilities including, administrative, high priority data center service operations centers and telecommunications equipment buildings in a multiple state area.

Directs preventative maintenance programs and facility operations including but not limited to: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration (HVAC), Fire and Life Safety Systems, elevators, electrical systems, plumbing systems, emergency power generators, UPS systems, DDC systems, energy management, roofing and structural maintenance, physical and electronic security, Environmental Health and Safety, janitorial and lawn care. Directs subordinates, contractors and subcontractors. Assist in Development and Management of expense and capital budgets.

Other Job Requirements:

Position may require moderate travel, night, weekends and holiday calls. Development and implementation of Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans.

Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:

Must have previous (3 years) experience directing/managing all aspects of facility operations. Must have strong oral/written communications. Excellent planning and coordination of multiple tasks, interpersonal skills. Must make solid decisions and manage effectively in ambiguous situations while under stress without direct supervision. Highly skilled in financial management and analysis. Strong PC Computer skills (E-Mail, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access Data Base.)
