Job Purpose:   

To provide facility planning and support as well as security managment to a state of the art call center with over 500 employees.

Duties:

•

We are looking for a detail oriented individual to manage all aspects of building and personnel security in conjuction with home office in Michigan. Other responsibilites will be directing the usage of internal floor space and planning, coordinating internal buildouts, and working with a variety of third party vendors as well as the various municiple governments and emergency services as necessary.

Qualifications:

•

Manages vendors to achieve the lowest possible cost and the highest quality products for various account promotions.

•

Experience coordinating and if necessary conducting hands-on equipment maintenance.

•

Facilities coordination experience.

•

Prior management experience in Security/facilities.

•

Manage the technical security systems, including badge processing, access control and other issues such as parking and emergency services

•

Must be familiar with regulatory agencies and standards as they apply, such as OSHA.

•

Bachelor degree from and accredited four year university or college.
