Manages and administers Field Facilities Planning and Development, complementing business units’ strategic plans, while providing efficient, functional, safe work environments at an effective cost.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties: Manages all architectural, engineering and construction trade disciplines with client representatives, including information technology support groups, for large and complex construction projects; continually monitors, reviews and reports regularly on project status, including project schedule.
Develops and administers capital budgets for large and complex construction projects; continually monitors, reviews and reports regularly on project budget status.
Ensures project conformance with city, state, and federal codes, ordinances, legislation and national standards, including, but not limited to life safety, EPA, ADA, OSHA, ASHRAE and ANSI.
Participates in lease negotiations, including site analysis, real estate acquisition and disposition. SKILLS Required: Skills Required: Degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering or commensurate experience.
Three years project management experience in corporate facilities.
