Facilities Planner
Uline, a rapidly-growing international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, seeks a Facilities Planner for their Corporate Office in Waukegan, Illinois, north of Chicago.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Coordinate and execute facilities services and internal events

Work with maintenance, repair, janitorial, cafeteria services and upkeep of Uline's buildings, office equipment and furniture

Coordinate work performed by Uline's internal staff as well as external contractors and vendors

Prior experience in a facilities or construction-related field

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Strong MS Office PC, organizational and communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)

Position requires a "hands on" person willing to pitch in and do whatever is required to get the job done

Interior Design experience / degree a plus

Some weekend and evening work required

Bachelor's degree preferred
