Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
College degree required in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Sciences. Five years of progressively more responsible roles within a maintenance, engineering and grounds environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises the engineering, maintenance and custom interiors departments.

Responsibilities

The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible to provide timely, competent and professional delivery of maintenance and engineering services for residents and employees of the Community.
