Description:
A large organization in Roseville is looking for a maintenance technician to maintain 4 of their stores in the area. Responsibilities will include the following... 1. The handling of all property management work orders generated (i.e. HVAC, lighting, electrical, landscaping, plumbing, gates, doors, parking lot repairs, general R&M, etc.). Managing and overseeing work performed by out-source vendors and assistance thereof. Handling of all issues relating to facilities management (i.e. janitorial, lifts, air-compressors, furniture, copiers, facsimiles, golf carts, etc.). 2. The position is required to travel to multiple stores, assist other maintenance staff as needed, and meet with store personnel. 3. Responsible for maintaining "facilities standards" at each location, reviewing job quality of vendors' performance, reporting all information through our work order system. * This is a direct placement position that will include 2 weeks vacation, health benefits, & holiday pay.

Requirements:
High School Diploma, ability to pass drug and background, prior experience in plumbing and HVAC work.
