*This is a full-time 5 month contract assignment
*Estimated Assignment Period: ASAP THRU 10/27/2008 –Possible contract extension or perm offer with the right candidate
*Work Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm
*Hourly Rate: $25.00
*Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

JOB DUTIES:  

Analyzes and enters information into CMMS System (Maximo), maintains records both electronically and manually (filing), and provides status reports for equipment, building, and facilities systems. Performs data collection, database management, verification, and information distribution to support Site Services Organizations, while assisting in maintaining and improving organizational processes. Provides relevant summary reports to assist management in organizational evaluation forecasts and improvements. Provides status reports to customer on such issues as schedule, budget, acquisition, and maintenance

JOB SKILLS:  

Must have strong analytical, computer, teaming, and communication (both verbal and written) skills, in addition to a strong commitment to improving both safety and work processes. Must be able to multitask and work with little or no direction. Must be highly self-motivated. Knowledge of Work Place services processes and business systems is required. ***Maximo and Microsoft Office Product experience is required***
