We are currently seeking aFacilities Accounting Manager to join our office located in San Francisco, CA

FACILITIES ACCOUNTING MANAGER – San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:
Manage accounting activities for facilities covering approximately 400 properties including payment processing and posting, Cash application for 3rd party leases, and the annual CAM reconciliations and JLL associate expense reimbursements
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to insure effective internal controls are in place to detect and prevent financial statement error
Prepare the monthly SAS #70 audit checklist to comply with JLL control standards
Review all client deliverables including AR Aging, month-end variance reporting, accrual report
Balancing the monthly JDEdwards interface file to the client accounting systems
Maintain a thorough understanding of the JLL real estate systems and their impacts to the client accounting systems
Interface with client's finance team to resolve all accounting issues, and prepare ad hoc reports as requested by client
Ensure proper accounting systems and processes are in place and maintained in accordance with GAAP
Manage the operation, staffing and development of the Facility management accounting team

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate accounting
Ability to work and effectively multi-task in an ever changing, pressure environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of real estate accounting software is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Acrobat/Adobe
