From its market-leading electronic and biometric access control systems to personal scheduling systems and architectural hardware such as steel doors and frames, our Security Technologies sector helps make the places we live, work and play safe, secure and productive.
Ensures compliance with export laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures pertaining to export compliance.
Candidate will have the ability to field questions regarding interpretation/application of export laws and regulations
Assigns Export Control Classification Number Classification (ECCN) , as well as license determination or qualification for a license exception
Reviews results of restricted party screening and advises business units accordingly
Conducts audits/reviews of export documentation for all business units
Conducts training to ensure compliance with export laws and regulations
Supports the development of internal controls and policies and procedures

Education Type:Bachelor
U.S. College Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years direct experience in exporting/importing with direct experience in US export laws (BIS, OFAC, Census, etc.)
Proficient at MS Office applications, and working knowledge of SNAP and Oracle preferred
Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred
US Customs Broker License Preferred
