A mid-sized Palo Alto firm is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join their growing firm!

The ideal candidate will have five plus years of experience in many of the following areas- formation of business entities; equity and debt financing; and mergers, acquisitions and sales. In-House or law firm experience will be considered. Candidates must have strong academic records from accredited law schools. Candidates must be comfortable with immediate client interaction and responsibility. The successful candidate will join a small practice group and will be the most senior associate on the team.

This firm is an established firm that prides itself on its family friendly environment. Billable hour requirement is 1600. Salary is dependent on experience level.
