Keane is now hiring for a Business Analyst located in Central Illinois! This is a full-time, salaried position with great benefits and potential for long-term career growth. Primary Activities: Business Analysts in the Service areas of the department will be responsible for working with business partners to plan and initiate projects. They will be responsible for day-to-day services of existing systems including the maintenance of processes and procedures. Business Analysts in the Project area of the department will be responsible for handling the project from the activation of the project through implementation. BA’s work with business partners (general departments, vendors, regions, etc.) to design and develop solutions to business issues. Project Description: The person may be involved on many projects simultaneously. The person will perform the following: •Establish and maintain a strong relationship with various business partners. •Promote actions that consistently link results to the business needs and enterprise direction of the company. •Act as the primary contact and focal point for business partners by being their liaison or spokesperson with other roles in the Systems Department. •Take an empowered leadership role in the implementation of solutions that meet our business partners' needs by; a.Gathering information, conducting research, and keeping abreast of business and IT industry trends to provide business solutions b.Analyzing business needs c.Developing requirements; and d.Coordinating the development of procedures, training, and other communication.
