Banner Health, Arizona's largest healthcare provider, has an immediate opportunity for an Executive Talent Recruitment Program Manager. This position will be part of the Banner Health System's Organizational and Development Department located in central Phoenix, Arizona.

As part of the Executive Talent Office, the Executive Talent Recruitment Program Manager will lead the marketing efforts in the recruitment of top level leaders which will involve working with outside executive search firms, entertaining potential candidates, site visits, meeting with key executives to discuss job expectations etc. and traveling throughout Arizona and Western regions when necessary.

Requirements:

·        A four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources, Marketing/Sales or a like field

·        Demonstrated knowledge of the executive recruitment/employment environment and thorough understanding and observation of markets and trends

·        Prior experience functioning as an Executive Talent Recruitment Program Manager for a large company is highly preferred
