We are looking for someone who has an “entrepreneurial” spirit and who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have an accounting and/or sales/recruiting background with strong presentation and closing skills. We also look for candidates who are extroverted, money-motivated, possess a competitive drive and strong work ethic, and love the “art of the complex sale.” As a recruiter you will be responsible for new business development calls into client companies and candidates, sourcing, interviewing, matching candidates with clients and ultimately making placements. This is a Sales Business, in order to be successful you must be able to make a tremendous amount of phone calls and be able to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This job is about selling, selling yourself, selling your clients and candidates on your service and on each other.
