The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:

A Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance, or related/equivalent work experienceAt least 2 years experience in the staffing industry, or a proven track record in business to business, finance, or outside salesThe ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written materialRelentless drive for success

 

Responsibilities as an Executive Recruiter will include:

Proactively developing new business through a high volume of outbound phone calls and presentationsBalancing both sales and recruiting aspects of businessRecruiting top talent through networking and sourcing in the marketplaceBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidatesPromoting Ajilon’s staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of administrative professionals
