EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Third Level Crisis Intervention Center, a non-profit human services agency in Traverse City, is seeking an Executive Director. Third Level Crisis Intervention Center offers a wide range of client services extending to 19 counties in northern lower Michigan. The position requires a Masters Degree in human services administration or other related human services field and a minimum of 5 years experience in administrating a human services agency. The successful candidate will have experience in building and mentoring a high-performing management team in a diverse agency, substantial experience in maintaining the financial viability of a large community nonprofit in the face of constantly shifting revenue streams, a strong track record of developing productive relationships with other community, state, and federal agencies, a history of successfully pursuing and managing contracts, and a record of achievement in generating revenue streams for social services from private donors and foundations. Principal duties include general agency administration; supervision and management of employees; program planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and improvement; financial management and budgeting; oversight of facilities; ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements; directing and facilitating ongoing strategic planning and organizational development; grant writing and fund-development; public relations and the ability to work under the direction of the Board of Directors.
