New Hampshire's Premier Assisted Living Community, is looking for an experienced, take charge, hands on Executive Director.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, experience with Assisted Living rules and regulations, financial reporting capability, and the ability to work with residents and families in a warm and caring environment.

This person will lead and direct the overall operation of the Community, maintain excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meet corporate financial goals.

Additionally the Executive Director will monitor each department, communicate and interpret policies and procedures, evaluate performance, provide feedback and assist, coach and staff as necessary while ensuring the safety of residents, visitors and staff.

The Executive Director ensures that all programming is effectively managed and marketed; managing community budgets; ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue.

Requirements
Applicant must have knowledge of Assisted Living regulations.
Applicant must be proficient in managing personnel.
