Salary Range:  $60,000 to $114,000 depending on experience

This is a great opportunity for someone who is a great multi-tasker and has a lot of initiative.  This position is for someone who has previous director level experience.  You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Surgery Center's planning and development, and operations in order to assure the best possible healthcare is provided to patients of the Center.  You must demonstrate advanced knowledge of nursing care according to AORN and ASPAN professional standards of care.  You must also demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, communication and organizational skills.

 

Knowledge and Skills 

·     Knowledge of surgical procedures, appropriate equipment and instrumentation.

·     Strong Interpersonal Skill

·     Knowledge of physician preferences and expectations

·     Communicate in effective and positive manner

·     Writing skills to compose necessary presentations, instructions, assignments, etc.

·     Math skills to calculate financials

·     Ability to motivate people

·     Ability to problem solve and stay calm under stress

·     Ability to work in fast-paced environment

 

Education:  Graduate from accredited registered nurse program, Valid RN state license, CNOR preferred and 1-3 experience in related field.
