Preble County Council on Aging (PCCOA)

 

 The “boomers” are coming!  The “boomers” are coming!  Actually, they/we are already here…more are coming!...and we have a great opportunity for an individual with a proven record who enjoys working with the older adult population.  
 

Founded in 1973, the Preble County Council on Aging (PCCOA) is a small, private, non-profit 501(c)(3) social service organization with 1M annual budget and 25 - 30 full and part time employees serving a rural county.  Due to an upcoming retirement, we are searching for an Executive Director.

 

Qualified candidates for this position will meet the following criteria: 

·        Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years management experience in a non-profit, social service agency.  May consider non-degreed candidate with documented exceptional experience and/or non-degreed training.

·        Minimum 5 years accountability for Operations, including oversight of services and programs, personnel, budgeting and internal controls.

·        Strong emphasis on grant writing and management, marketing, public relations and general fundraising.

·        Experience should include positions accountable to a volunteer Board of Trustees.
