We are currently seeking a dynamic, energetic EXECUTIVE CHEF to head our operation at the RFK Arena in Washington, D.C.

Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium, is the home of Major League Soccer's D.C. United. Opened in October 1961 as District of Columbia Stadium (DC Stadium for short), RFK was the home of the NFL's Washington Redskins for 36 seasons.  RFK Stadium also served as the home to the expansion Washington Senators of the American League.  The National League's Montreal Expos relocated to Washington as the Washington Nationals in 2005 and play at RFK, pending the opening of a new stadium in 2008. Concerts featuring renowned rock bands and other performers also take place at the stadium.

The Executive Chef will coordinate all culinary activities and develop / manage kitchen staff for this exceptional property.  Successful candidate must have excellent culinary and direct supervision / management skills, including purchasing, creative menu plus production recipe development, oversee food and labor costs, P&L accountability plus contract-managed foodservice experience.  Catering sales experience a plus.
