Qualifications for "Executive Chef in Training" position:

 

2 years minimum experience as Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager   "Hands on" management style Banquet Sales and Menu experience a plus Highly motivated, friendly, outgoing and personable Must be organized with excellent communication skills Good listening skills is required Knowledgeable with Food  Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word programs   Food Safety Certified
