Executive Chef – Entertainment Venue $70,000 - $75,000

Unique opportunity to direct multi-faceted  venue with full service restaurants, casual dining outlets, and extensive catering operations. Catering department specializes  in weddings, high profile fundraisers, and corporate meeting and events.

Will direct a motivated team of Sous Chefs.   The ideal candidate will enjoy high visibility with extensive media and community involvement. Position requires a Culinary degree and Culinary Management experience in a very high volume setting. Excellent benefit program.

Candidates with ties to the Michigan area are preferred.
