Executive Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports and coordinates all activities of the President and executive Staff as a confidential administrator. Maintains daily calendar; composes letters and invitations; initiates other appropriate communications; arrange conference calls and meetings; prepares agendas and minutes of meetings and directs other staff activities as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of five to ten years of office experience at the administrative level. Excellent working knowledge of office procedures and systems. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
