The Lebanon Utilities is currently looking to hire an individual for the position of Executive Assistant. This Position provides administrative support and serves as confidential aide to the Board and executive management attending meetings as requested. This person serves as Clerk and Board and Utility Service Board organizational liaison and records and maintains minutes of Utility Service Board meetings and distributes as required. This position is assigned special projects requiring research, compilation of data and report preparation. Other duties required, but are not limited to, reconciling daily cash, ordering supplies, updating company website and maintaining company calendar and customer list. Applicant needs strong written and verbal communication skills while being adept in work processing and spreadsheets. A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience as an organizational support assistant is required with education beyond the high school level in Secretarial Science, General Business or related field of study.
