Ajilon Professional Staffing is currently seeking a high-energy, seasoned Executive Assistant for one of their top clients in the Mid-town area. Ideal candidate will hold 7-10 years of relevant experience and be dynamic, flexible and hold a calm demeanor in challenging, demanding and always changing situations. Responsibilities include:
-Manage calendar, including scheduling of appointments
-Manage telephone activity and respond to inquiries as needed
-Handle all travel arrangements, international and domestic and process expense reports
-Help prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations
-Finalize, format, and proof-read correspondence and formal documents
-Process invoices
-Work on various databases and Excel spreadsheets
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services
-Outstanding writing skills
-Must be detail oriented
-Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects at once, and meet all required deadlines
-The ability to work independently and be self-directed
-Excellent communications skills
-Proficiency in the 2007 version of MS Office, specifically Outlook
Salary/Pay Rate: Up To $20.00 per hour
