Due to our exciting growth, Celleration, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter for the newly-created position of Executive Assistant.  This position will report to the President, CEO, and will be responsible to provide administrative support to the CEO and CFO.  The ideal candidate will be extremely proactive and detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and organization skills.   We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Proactively facilitate and assist with daily activities, projects, appointments, and calendars for President/CEO, as well as for the Vice President of Finance/CFO.

 

Facilitate investor relations communications and mailings as required and provide assistance with financing process as needed.

 

Prepare Board materials, communications, and facilitate set up of Board of Directors meetings throughout the calendar year, including coordination of facilities, travel arrangements, and meeting minutes.

 

Coordinate meetings and company events, including off-site facilities arrangements.

 

Prepare and review legal documents, including managing stock option administrative process.

 

Provide back-up assistance to Office Manager, including telephone support as needed.

 

 

Qualification Requirements:

 

 

Minimum of five years experience in an administrative support roleDemonstrated experience providing executive level support, including Board of DirectorsExceptional communication skills, including strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsExceptional organization skills, including time management, project management, and  facilitation skillsAbility to effectively interact effectively at all levels within the organizationAbility to effectively problem-solve and work with little supervision at timesStrong prioritization skills, including capability to effectively manage competing priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to deliver quality resultsExceptional computer skills; must be adept with 2007 MS Office applicationsMust be flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of a growing organizationMust be highly proactive and capable of anticipating needs and planning accordinglyMust be highly assertive and focused on supporting the CEO and CFO in a way that increases their efficiencyAbility to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive informationHigh school diploma required; college degree in related field preferred
