We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a new C-Suite level executive.
Responsibilities include:
-Manage day-to-day administrative functions for Senior Executive.
-Generate various reports as needed.
-Travel arrangements.
-Special projects as needed.
-Correspondence.
-Relations with outside vendors.
-Maintaining calendars and schedules.
-Event planning.
-Heavy phones.
-Additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
-Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
-Excellent typing skills - minimum 60 wpm.
-Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with executive level employees.
-Self starter who can work under minimum supervision.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a team.
