EOE D/M/F/V *** In order to be considered for this position current salary and bonus information must be included with your resume. *** Position Overview Provides administrative support to Value Stream VP and local leadership team. Leads and directs the work of front office admin staff. Primary Responsibilities Handles wide variety of moderately complex situations and resolves conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the facility. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Responsible to Value Stream VP and other management for completion of specific projects as assigned. Must have confidence in determining priorities based on business need. Designs and creates presentations. Arranges, participates in, and implements, as directed, conferences and meetings. Leads team of office support staff and calls on them as needed for assistance on per project basis. Coordinates travel for site, including making travel arrangements for leadership team and coordinating documentation / processing business visas / passports / inoculations / etc. Coordinates phone coverage for the reception desk. Acts as secondary back-up to front desk. Assists in coordinating special company activities. Adheres to all Goodrich rules and codes of conduct. Performs other duties as required and available for overtime. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor's degree in related field. Minimum of five (5) years Administrative experience. Experience leading others. Telephone etiquette skills including pleasant voice/manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications. Must be well-versed in creation of presentations including charts, graphs, working with graphics, etc. Highly proficient in use of Outlook to manage email and multiple calendars. Must be self-directed, have good verbal skills, and be able to multi-task. Experience using a PBX system or similar multi-line phone system. Office machine experience including copiers, fax machines, projectors, laminator, etc. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills. Strong written communication skills (grammar, editing, spelling, etc.). Working Conditions ' Physical requirements and environment Works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must wear PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) while on shop floor.
