Our client is a professional services firm in Washington, DC committed to improving the communities in which they work both by the services they perform, and the philanthropic efforts of their people.

The CEO of this firm is a very high energy individual that founded this firm over 20 years ago. The CEO now needs an Executive Assistant. Previous Executive Assistants have been promoted within the firm, and/or gone on to become Executive Directors for clients of the firm.
The Executive Assistant will manage a very busy calendar, including preparing the necessary materials for each meeting. The EA will schedule travel domestically and internationally. The EA will assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations. She or he will also prepare notes, letters and emails. No two days will be the same.
Education, Skills and Experience required:
High school minimum, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Five or more years experience supporting mid to senior level executives. Scheduling, travel arrangements, proofreading and editing experience Attention to detail Willingness and ability to work occasional overtime Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel and Outlook. PowerPoint or other presentation software experience a plus.Benefits:
