The candidate we seek has at least 7 years Administrative experience with at least 4 years supporting high-level executives in an Executive Admin capacity. Ideal candidates can perform the following duties proficiently: Prepare and distribute reports, forms, spreadsheets and business graphics using basic and advanced features of various computer software applications. Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings and schedules, anticipating what information and data may be required. Arrange business travel and complete expense reports. Coordinate letters of invitation requests and passport visa processing for international travelers. Perform other various tasks in supporting company business events and parties. Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have mid-level to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, type 45wpm, and is capable to learn other computer systems as needed. Prefer Associate Degree. 7 years total Admin experience and 4 years of Executive Admin experience required. Posses strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Understand office work flow and demonstrate a willingness to work in a team environment.
