An International professional company located in the area of Pembroke Pines has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant.
This key role position will be supporting senior management in a number of areas to include, but not limited to:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinating and arranging travel
Creating and updating information on Excel Spreadsheets
Design and conduct Power point presentations
General office duties as needed.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5-7 Years experience in a mult-unit -International company environment a must
Bilingual (Eng/Span)
Excellent command of Word, Excel and Power Point.
Possess excellent oral and written skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Prior experience making Power Point presentations to management and clients.
Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the company.
