Growing North County San Diego organization seeks an Executive Accounting Consultant to be a part of a team to go to the next level.  Long-term project will entail preparing audit schedules, streamlining software systems, FAS implementation, and bond issuance in preparation for IPO.  The ideal candidate should have bachelors degree in accounting or finance,  5-10 years of experience in audit preparation, full understanding of GAAP, exposure to SOX, and bond issuance.  Mas90 and/or pre-IPO experience are a plus.  Company offers flexible schedule and competitive compensation based on experience.
