Interactive Care is looking for a couple of exceptional people to deliver next-generation applications to the healthcare industry.  Not billing, scheduling, or anything else boring, but technologies that enable and enhance the healthcare of our clients’ patients. Interactive Care is currently seeking highly skilled and motivated web developers for our downtown Salt Lake City, Utah office.

We are a young, investor-backed startup, delivering software as a service to the healthcare industry. We recently launched the Interactive Care Collaboration Suite and will build on our initial success.

At Interactive Care, you'll be a part of a team that accomplishes goals that others cannot. Product development cycles will be measured in days and weeks.  Each member of the team will innovate and advance our technology and company.  We don’t have time or energy for bureaucratic overhead; instead, that effort goes into innovating and getting to market as quickly as possible.

Job Description:
As a web developer at Interactive Care you'll regularly make significant contributions to our products. You'll architect and implement features using PHP, MySQL, Javascript, XHTML and CSS. You should keep up with the latest technologies and techniques. You'll work closely with our small team. Most importantly, you'll have real responsibilities and real projects in a collaborative, energetic environment.

Successful candidates demonstrate an ability to champion a project, coordinate with clients, and apply principles of object-oriented design to software architecture. Experience architecting and building at least one web-based application is a plus.

Minimum qualifications:
* 2+ years of professional experience.
* Ability to understand requirements and quickly design technical solutions.
* Interested in and excited to solve complex problems in a sophisticated web application.
* Extensive experience programming the LAMP stack.
* Experience with structured, object-oriented codebases, and the ability to learn new technologies and approaches quickly.
* Experience integrating data to and from third-party applications.
* Experience with AJAX in PHP applications, preferred.
* Knowledge of MySQL optimization and good schema design.
