ETL Architect Developer- Data Warehouse Business Intelligence group to design, develop, and enhance our BI solutions (Data Warehouses, Data Marts, Dashboards). Candidate will participate in aspects of requirements, ETL architecture design and ETL development applying appropriate architecture and methodology techniques. Responsibilities: -Analyze business data requirements to produce relevant ETL architecture deliverables (source analysis, source to target maps, ETL flows) in a Data Warehouse environment -Work with OLAP developers and Business Analysts to develop source to targets maps, identify transformation rules, and understand source data systems -Create or alter data integration blueprint and install, configure and tune ETL infrastructure -Design, develop and maintain SQL load programs from existing IBM AS/400 systems into Oracle based Data Warehouse solution -Develop ETL flows and frameworks using our ETL tool (Kettle) -Performance tune new/existing data loads -Create and maintain SDLC documentation Project management: -Ability to lead small BI teams of 1 -3 resources (consultants and employees) Minimal Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree -Must have experience in a Data Warehouse environment -5 -7+ years working on BI/DW projects with deep experience as an ETL Architect/ETL Developer well-versed in ETL tool usage, architecture, design and development -Ability to develop in: AS/400, Kettle QlikView, and SQL -ETL architecture design experience within Data Warehousing environments applying appropriate methodologies and ETL standards For immediate consideration please send resume and salary requirements to Brandie.Arreola@hlpsolutions.com IT Additional Information:Telecommute Percentage: 10%
