Construction Estimator-EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY WITH ONE OF THE BEST GC'S BASED OUT OF COLORADO!

Location:  Cheyenne, WY

A reputable General Contractor that specializes in outstanding commercial construction projects is in need of a strong Estimator for their Cheyenne, WY office.  This company is well-respected in the area and is a solid company to go to work for that boasts a "family environment and open door policy".  This company specializes in schools, hospitality and all commercial projects and boasts a rare opportunity for someone who wants the experience with an aggressive company that promotes based on production vs. tenure.

Primary responsibilities include reviewing proposals, attending pre-bid meetings, determining scope of work, provide complete conceptual bid work and more.  Prefer someone with a good attitude, strong technical skills and strong presentation skills to meet with customers.  Preconstruction experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate needs to have a "team-oriented" mentality, along with a proven track record, including qualified projects ranging up to $10M with another General Contractor.
