Job Description:

Estimator / Construction - Commercial Tenant Improvement Estimator

If you are an Estimator / Sr. Estimator with at least 3+ years of experience working on High-End Office Interior Improvements ... read on!

We are located near AT&T Stadium! Great place to work and fun company! =)

Must be a local candidate and have High-End Office Interior Improvements experience!

What you need to qualify:

* At least 3+ years experience in construction industry
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and math skills
* Construction management
* Working knowledge and comprehension of blueprints and plans
* Negotiation skills
* Contract administration (specific to construction industry)
* Working knowledge of MS Project, Timberline Estimating and Prolog.

What you will be doing:

* Lead in the preconstruction process from conceptual budget through subcontractor procurement
* Oversee / prepare preliminary construction budgets
* Generate preliminary owner contract for review and approval by Project Executive
* Post project to accounting / project management database
* Confirm actual conditions of project by conducting site surveys
* Recommend dept. process improvements to increase effectiveness, efficiency and productivity
* Serve as client relationship manager for specified clients
* Maintain positive subcontractor relationships; identify new qualified subcontractor alliances
