Our client seeks a highly motivated and experienced property manager to manage their 14,000 square foot estate near Las Vegas, Nevada.  Responsibilities include maintenance and up-keep of all  on-site appliances including air conditioning units, wine cellar, pool/spa, among others. Candidate must also provide supervision and leadership for the entire staff, chef, house cleaners etc. and have the ability to coordinate special events. The ideal person would come from a similar  background as an estate manager for celebrities or high profile families.

Qualified candidates will possess:

 

At least 5 years prior experience managing an estate or  similar personal property, country club or hotel resorts. Supervise all staff on premises Provide technical support all appliances and on-site equipmentGeneral mechanical aptitude, including knowledge of circuitry and wiringExcellent, timely customer serviceAbility to multitask and manage several demanding projectsStrong organizational skills
