We would love for you to join our team near Odessa, Texas.  This area is ideal for the equine practitioner.   We are in an area that has a high density horse population, and the weather is nearly perfect, providing for an enthusiastic year-round show horse population.  It is also ideal for the Veterinarian who is an outdoor enthusiast, because there is easy access to year-round outdoor activities, as well as an excellent variety of cultural events.  We are a strictly equine practice that is experiencing exceptional growth.   We are looking for an experienced equine veterinarian who has a comprehensive equine skill set, compassion for animals, and a strong work ethic.  Our clinic has invested in a myriad of tools and equipment to grow our practice.  We are a fully computerized practice with radiographic, ultrasonographic, and endoscopic capabilities, vehicle provided, digital x-ray, ultrasound, power dentistry, embryo transfer, and much more.  In addition to a wide range of equipment and resources, we have a strong support staff for our doctors who are utilized extensively.  We value a strong quality of life and family time, so our doctors work limited weekend hours and emergency duty.  In terms of compensation, we are prepared to make a very generous offer for the right doctor to join our practice.  Flexibility and a focus on family is a top priority for us, as well as providing a very complete benefits package.
