We are looking for a Director of Systems Engineering, a Systems Engineering Manager, and multiple EO/IR Systems Engineers.

The location is Central Florida.

The compensation is excellent, especially given the cost of living.

Relocation assistance is also available for the right person.

Must have at least a Secret clearance.

The details for the EO/IR engineer are pasted below, the Director and Manager positions are responsible for large groups of these engineers.

Basic Qualifications

BS EE, ME, SE or Physics MS highly desired

Design assurance and product integrity Design reviews and ERB Product reliability Evaluate RFP & RFQ´s for product Technical roadmaps and product improvement Qualification testing and manufacturing

Skills Required:

Development and manufacturing of complex systems EO / IR Systems for military products Problem solving skills DOORS Requirement Management Tool FMEA and Sneak circuit analysis 15 to 20 years in engineering 10 + years experience in Systems engineering Strong technical aptitude with ability to lead technical teams
