Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of progressive experience in project permitting, wildlife ecology, and impact assessment. Environmental Planning, permitting, wetland and SEQA experience is preferred. Mojave Desert experience is also plus. They must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be experienced in the use of personal computers. They must have worked on the permitting of projects with regulatory agencies and be able to work successfully with minimal supervision or as a member of a project team. The candidate will have a record of successful client relationships, and experience working with developers, government entities, and other development-related organizations. An understanding of the business, environmental, and political communities in Nevada is preferred. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle experience preferred. The selected individual will have a B.S. degree in Biology, Natural Resources, Ecology or a related field.
