The position’s functions include:

• Review various follow up queues on a daily basis to direct litigation workflow concerning post-suit and post-judgment processes.
• Perform skip tracking of debtors.
• Contact court clerks to confirm/track filings.
• Verify employment of defendants.
• Data entry and preparation of legal documentation.
• Quality control review.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

We are seeking talented candidates with the following skills:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
• Team-oriented with superior time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
