Entry Level Software Engineer/Developer – North Dallas

Carillon Financials Corp. is the developer of Carillon ERP (http://www.carillonerp.com/), an enterprise resource planning package that has been named one of the Top 10 Mid-Level ERP packages by the Journal of Accountancy.  Carillon is also a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.  This is your chance to work for one of the best packages on the market!  Don’t miss this opportunity!  Carillon Financials Corp. has immediate openings for entry level Software Engineers/Developers.  The work will focus on application and system development.  The engineer will be required to be actively involved in the design and development of Carillon’s ERP solution.  Knowledge of PowerBuilder and/or C# is a plus but not required. 

 

Job duties include custom development for clients, improving the Carillon system and interacting with quality assurance personnel and clients.

 

Qualifications include:

 

·   Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting or some related field.

·   Great verbal and written communications skills.

·   Highly motivated to become an expert in their field.

·   Knowledge in at least one object-oriented programming language supporting inheritance.

 

Other skills that would be a plus:

Experience using MS SQL Server 2005, ASP, Sybase Adaptive Anywhere, Oracle..Net knowledge.Accounting/ERP Knowledge.
