Learning & Career Development:

What you will earn:

Your compensation will include a base salary plus and aggressive commission package. We also offer a 401K with a generous match and a complete benefits package including flex spending, equity opportunities, travel perks, incentive trips and contests, generous vacation allowance, on-site gym facilities and cafeteria, and free parking. Our Average 1st year entry level sales Associate will earn from $40,000- $70,000 in their first full year. The more successful you become the higher your commission rate!

This position will be based at our corporate Headquarters located in Plano, Texas. We look for ambitious self starters who have previous retail sales, restaurant management, or other leadership experience. A college degree is required. We will consider paying for relocation expenses for candidates that are out of the greater Dallas Fort Worth area.

Many of the successful people who started in this role, had zero search experience prior to their first day at KBIC, and have risen to become an equity Partner and consistently make over $100,000 annually… but it takes hard work and we will help you get there.
