Lead Generator/Appointment Setter

Ranked by AdAge Magazine as one of the Top 5 Search Engine Optimization Agencies in the nation, Submitawebsite (www.submitawebsite.com) is actively seeking a talented Lead Generator/Appointment Setter for its new business Account Sales Executive team.

You’ll work regular business hours, and receive an hourly wage plus performance-based bonuses.  Bonuses paid according to appointments set where our SEO sales strategists/consultants conduct a phone meeting. 

Starting hourly wage:  $14.00 -$16.00 + Bonuses.

Responsibilities:
In this role, following general supervision, you will provide inside sales support for the business development team through phone-based lead generation. Via cold calling, you will be responsible for generating leads and securing appointments for our Sales Strategists/Consultants.

(Note: Many of these calls will be into our existing customer base).

- Calling prospects to qualify them for Submitawebsite services.

- Confirming and/or determining the primary decision maker.

-  Booking and confirming meeting appointments with qualified leads.

- Calling supplied lists as well as conducting independent active research and taking initiative to pro-actively prospect and contact additional quality leads.

-Conducting business lead activity through outbound telephone and email contact with limited assistance from team members.
- Maintaining a positive attitude, strong competitive drive, and sense of urgency.

- This will be an objective bearing position with responsibility for specific targets and goals for outbound lead activity. 

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years inside sales experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Verifiable track record of sales-generation success.
- Systems literacy knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet).
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM, Web Design, or internet knowledge a plus, but not required.
